This issue has so many gems, being known well and not needing to brag is huge for a small company, that personal touch can't be achieved with big companies, I don't know anything about the coca cola people.

Knowing why people buy is such a huge thing too. People don't want facts and figures, they want to know what's in it for them.

I didn't realise you could get so much value by having just one differentiator, but it makes so much sense now.

Crazy right! Got similar thoughts 💭 the best was the 30 day money back period. That’s like if you feel it’s risky and not up to the mark - you get your money. Being detached from sales.

Yeah, I think "no questions asked" makes it more convincing as well, I have seen some guarantees request you show your work and I haven't bought them

Btw, curious to know if you got similar ideas for content business - a company who makes reels for living. I’ve been thinking about what could be right assurance. One was “1 Free of cost reel” ..

Yes, unlimited revisions within a given timeline will be good. 1 free reel can be one way for people to test your service.

I’ve also tried free 7 days of our highest end package, so they know what they will get when they commit.

Thing about service is, the longer you work together, the more both sides will understand each other. Giving enough time for people to test out helped us deliver our secret sauce.

This is really good. Building relationships and trust is something we humans thrive on.

I remember building my first service based business, we did similar things - like 30 day money. We had a 14 day trial period and that worked.
