The positioning insight here is spot on — and it applies far beyond AI automation services. I work with £1M-£3M professional services firms and the ones who break through almost always do it by narrowing, not broadening. One consultancy I worked with went from offering "business strategy" to specifically helping accountancy firms systemise their advisory services. Revenue doubled in 8 months. The interesting tension with AI specifically is that the technology moves so fast that your narrow outcome needs to be anchored to a business problem, not a tool. The firms building around "we deploy ChatGPT" are already repositioning. The ones building around "we eliminate 15 hours of admin per week for service businesses" are compounding. Curious whether you're seeing the same pattern with your coaching clients?

GHL makes sense for agency founders selling to SMBs. It breaks down fast once you're selling to enterprise — different buyer, different decision criteria, totally different sales cycle.
